Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality ABA therapy with BCBA supervision.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions.
• Collect data during sessions using Rethink software.
• Coordinate with analysts and coordinators for timely reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain client records.
