Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. We provide 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings, supported by BCBA-designed plans and data-driven progress tracking.

The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping children thrive, with flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules, reliable transportation, and a commitment to ongoing professional development within a collaborative, caring environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive therapy environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour

• Part-Time and Full-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Shawnee County, Kansas

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
