Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings and support BCBA-designed treatment plans. You will collect data, track client progress, and collaborate with families to promote success.

Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities, located in Overbrook, KS. Candidates should have RBT certification or be willing to obtain it, plus a high school diploma or equivalent and

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Background check clearance required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour

• Part-Time and Full-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Overbrook, KS

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

• Ability to pass background check.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
