Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings in the Olathe, KS area. The role offers flexible schedules with part-time or full-time options and emphasizes collaboration with BCBA-designed treatment plans.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification (or are pursuing it), have a high school diploma or equivalent, and can pass a background check. Travel locally and reliable transportation are required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour

• Part-Time and Full-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Olathe, KS
