Job summary

Bounce Therapy is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who will provide in-home therapy to a 16-year-old client. This role requires implementation of behavior intervention plans, data recording, and collaboration with families. We offer a flexible part-time schedule and support through ongoing training in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Must have RBT certification to work as a Registered Behavior Technician.
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and caring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a 16 year old client in their home in Newark, NJ Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 4pm-7pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
  • Work 1:1 in their home environment
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition
  • Collaborate with the family and other team members to support client progress
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification (BACB)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
