Job summary

SilverSwing ABA in Springfield, NJ seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, under a BCBA-designed plan. You will collect data on progress and work with families and teammates to ensure success.

A HS diploma is required; RBT certification is mandatory, with travel locally and background checks. Part-time schedule (15–25 hrs/week) with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Pass background check and have reliable transportation; able to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $23- $28/hour

• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Springfield, NJ

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

• Ability to pass background check.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
