Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Browns Mills, NJ. This part-time role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for growth in a collaborative, family-centered practice.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement BCBA-designed plans, and track client progress while coordinating with families and the broader team to help children achieve meaningful outcomes. A supportive environment and professional development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour
• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Browns Mills, NJ

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
