Job summary

Aluma Care in Whitewater, KS is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. This role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy, following BCBA-developed plans, and documenting client progress in-home, school, or clinic settings.

The ideal candidate may have prior ABA experience or work with children, is willing to obtain RBT certification, and can pass a background check. Flexible shifts and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $22 - $26/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Whitewater, KS
