Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Seneca, Kansas. This in-home, in-school, or in-clinic role supports kids through evidence-based ABA therapy and data-driven progress tracking.

We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for certification advancement. The ideal candidate holds an RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and is reliable with transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Seneca, Kansas
