Better Together Behavioral Health (BTBH) is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our team in El Paso, Texas. As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your role is crucial in helping our clients develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to children with ASD in a clinical setting.
- Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with family members and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
- Maintain client confidentiality, safety and adhere to ethical guidelines.
- Provide supportive and empathetic treatment.

Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred:
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with data collection and reporting.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to engage in physical activities such as playing, running, and kneeling (6-8 Hours).
- Ability to manage maladaptive behaviors effectively, ethically and quickly.
