BY YOUR SIDE is hiring for an ABA Therapy Technician to provide high-quality RBT-based therapy for children in our center and in home environments. You will deliver 1:1 or small group sessions under the supervision of a BCBA and maintain accurate data on client progress.
Responsibilities include data collection, ensuring billing accuracy, and supporting treatment plans across multiple settings. This role requires travel to client homes and the ability to work with children with Autism Spectrum

We offer high quality ABA services on a multidisciplinary team to children ages 2 21 years old in the center and in home environmentsProvide direct 11 or small group therapy to children and young adults with autism consistent with the treatment plan under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBAMaintain targeted caseload hours of therapy per weekCollect and maintain accurate records of client performance through data collection and insurance notes in an online data collection platformEnsure billing for all appointments through online platform session conversion within a specified periodImplementation of treatment plans across multiple environments including center home and community Travel to the clients home and community requiredToilet training and diaper changing may be required
Completion of RBT eligibility requirements and pass the RBT certification examination preferred High School Diploma or GED EquivalentMust be 18 years of age by date of hireBachelors degree andor enrolled in psychology communication disorders education or related field preferredReliable transportation to travel to clients homes and our clinicsHigh interest and willingness to learn about understand and work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum DisorderProficiency in applications games and web based technology via an iPad and Microsoft Office Products Word Excel and OutlookApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
