Your Role and Responsibilities

As an RBT at UNIFI, you will:

1. Implement patient-specific programming as prescribed by the BCBA.
2. Follow behavior intervention plans, including safety procedures.
3. Collect data and complete necessary paperwork and billing.
4. Administer patient medications when needed.
5. Attend and participate in scheduled meetings and training.
6. Work professionally and collaboratively with the patient’s entire UNIFI team.
7. Maintain patient confidentiality according to UNIFI and HIPAA guidelines.
8. Ensure patient safety and contribute to a positive work environment.

Work Environment

You'll work in various settings, including our therapy clinic, patients' homes, schools, and community locations. Travel between therapy sessions is paid for by UNIFI, and mileage can be expensed. To minimize travel, you’ll be assigned to a specific zip code. Note: Staff will not provide transportation to patients.

Minimum Requirements

1. At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Active RBT certification (UNIFI will help you obtain certification if needed).
3. Satisfactory background check.
4. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and active auto coverage.
5. CPR certification (paid for by UNIFI).
6. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, run, stoop, and sit on the floor.

Compensation and Benefits

1. Competitive pay starting at $20/hour for RBTs with at least one year of experience and the potential to earn up to $24/hour depending on years of service. Our RBTs enjoy an average total compensation of $52,500 annually.
2. Performance-based quarterly bonus program, offering additional financial rewards for your hard work and dedication.
3. Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time RBTs.
4. Paid training and recertification opportunities.
