Job summary

ABA Journey is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across in-home, school, or clinic settings in Georgia. The role supports data-driven progress and collaboration with families, under a BCBA-designed treatment plan.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, plus a High School Diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation and local travel are expected, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• ABA experience or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $24 - $27/hour
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Georgia

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
