Job summary

ABA Journey in Georgia is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support services for children through evidence-based ABA therapies in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to ensure client progress, while enjoying flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $24 - $30/hour
• Full-Time: 30 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Georgia

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
