Cross River Therapy provides ABA services throughout New Jersey. We are currently hiring RBTs who want to use their training to make a positive impact.

We are seeking qualified individuals to provide in-home and community-based ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

RBTs implement one-on-one behavioral intervention programs supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services in individual and group settings
• Implement skill acquisition programs using ABA and VB techniques
• Complete weekly program documentation
• Collaborate with BCBA or BCaBA to implement treatment plans
• Maintain client confidentiality and respect
• Attend educational workshops and stay updated professionally
• Ensure client safety during sessions and emergencies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: 1+ years experience working with individuals with special needs

Licenses

• Driver's License (Required)
• Registered Behavior Technician certification (Preferred)

Schedule & Location

Afternoons, Monday to Friday, in Perth Amboy and other client locations.
