Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
2. Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
3. Collect and document data on client progress.
4. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
5. Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

1. Pay Range: $21 - $25/hour
2. Part-Time and Full-Time Available
3. Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
4. Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
3. Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
4. Ability to pass background check.
5. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
