RBTs are supported and encouraged to communicate with their supervisors regarding concerns or questions.

Hourly Wages:

$25-35/hour

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
  • Desire to learn and work independently at times
Duties of the RBT:
  • Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in various settings including home, school, and community
  • Help learners gain life skills such as communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play, and vocational skills
  • Teach new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors
  • Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to inform BCBA decisions
  • Attend scheduled sessions reliably
  • Participate in ongoing training
