Full Job Description - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team.

At Little Champs ABA, we emphasize every individual - both those we serve and our employees. We prioritize knowing and caring about our staff. As a locally owned business started and overseen by BCBAs, we understand and appreciate the direct therapy work that RBTs do every day. RBTs are supported and always able to speak with their supervisors with concerns or questions.

Hourly Wages
  • $25-32/hour
Qualifications And Skills
  • RBT Certification (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation

Duties Of The RBT
  • Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in settings including clients’ homes, schools, and communities.
  • Help learners gain life skills that increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills).
  • Teach new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Collect accurate data and meet data collection requirements, and write detailed session notes to inform BCBAs’ decisions.
  • Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
  • Participate in ongoing trainings.
