Job summary

Aluma Care KS is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support our ABA team. You will provide 1:1 therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic and implement BCBA-designed treatment plans while recording client progress data.

Requirements include RBT certification or ongoing pursuit, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to travel locally. ABA experience is a plus. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules available.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy or child-work experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour

• Part-Time and Full-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Kansas City, KS
