Job summary

Aluma Care KS is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Horton, Kansas. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect and document data on progress and collaborate with families to support client success. The role offers flexible shifts, competitive pay ($18–$23/hour), and opportunities for paid training and certification assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
