Job summary

Aluma Care in Hill City, Kansas is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team providing 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client success; a background in ABA or working with children is a plus, with flexibility to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA experience or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Hill City, Kansas

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
