Job summary

Golden Care Therapy seeks an ABA Therapist to provide in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD in Florida. You will apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and follow treatment plans, while collecting data on an electronic system.

Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration. This part-time role offers $20.00–$30.00 per hour, tuition assistance, ongoing training, and a flexible schedule; RBT certification

Qualifications

• RBT certification and ABA knowledge are required.
• Experience or exposure to behavioral data collection.
• Ability to apply behavior-analytic strategies in home/school settings.

About BIFA

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home and school-based services for clients throughout the state of Florida. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
