Cross River Therapy provides ABA services throughout New Jersey. We are hiring RBTs to make a positive impact on children with autism.

We offer competitive salaries, bonuses, flexible hours, and choice of service areas. RBTs will provide in-home and community-based ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), implementing behavioral intervention programs supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Salary: $20-$25/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities include:

• Providing behavioral services in individual and group settings
• Implementing skill acquisition programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior Analysis
• Completing weekly program documentation
• Collaborating with BCBA or BCaBA to implement treatment plans
• Maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism
• Participating in professional development activities
• Ensuring client safety during sessions and emergencies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: 1+ year experience working with individuals with special needs

Licenses:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Registered Behavior Technician (Preferred)

Schedule: Evenings, Mon-Fri, in client homes in Clifton, NJ, at multiple locations.
