Job summary

Aluma Care in Blue Springs, MO is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA-focused team. We are dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices and a supportive culture that promotes growth and client success.

The RBT will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic, implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate closely with families and colleagues to ensure positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.


• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).


• Collect and document data on client progress.


• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour


• Part-Time Available


• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

Skills and Qualifications:
