Qualifications

Job description

Join to apply for the RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) role at Cross River Therapy.

We are currently hiring RBTs to provide in-home and community-based ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) throughout New Jersey. This role involves implementing behavioral intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience). We offer competitive salaries and generous bonuses. You can choose your working hours and preferred areas of service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group settings.
  • Implement skill acquisition programs using Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior Analysis.
  • Complete weekly program writing and maintain client program records.
  • Collaborate with BCBA or BCaBA to implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect for all clients.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
  • Ensure client safety and well-being during sessions and emergencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with special needs.
  • Driver's License required.
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred.
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, with hours flexible based on client needs.
  • Work locations include clients' homes in the afternoon across multiple locations.
