Job summary

SilverSwing ABA in Augusta, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under a BCBA-designed plan. You will collect data, collaborate with families, and help ensure client success in a supportive environment.

The role offers flexible, part-time hours (15–25 per week) and pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour. RBT certification is required; a HS diploma or equivalent is standard; background checks and reliable

• RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour

• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Augusta, GA

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
