Job summary

ABA Journey seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings in the Atlanta area. You will work under a BCBA to implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client success.

Ideal candidates bring RBT status, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Flexible shifts and strong earning potential accompany generous PTO and travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $24 - $28/hour
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
