Job summary

CIRCLE CITY ABA OF IOWA in Cedar Rapids is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team. This role offers the chance to implement behavior intervention plans and directly support clients. Candidates are encouraged to pursue certification and will benefit from training and health insurance. The position operates on weekdays during the day shift with a starting pay of $20/hr. Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate with the BACB.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background screening process.

Responsibilities

• Implement skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans written by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data for treatment plans and behavior programs for BCBA analysis.
• Serve in a direct-care role, consulting BCBA for additional support and training.
• Adjust interventions as instructed by the supervising BCBA when necessary.
• Maintain thorough understanding of each intervention and plan for each client.
• Track RBT supervision hours for compliance.
• Submit annual renewal of RBT Competency Assessment to BACB.

Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent based on experience
