Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma considered based on experience.
• Willingness to obtain a valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate.
• Completion of a pre-employment background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Implement skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data for treatment plans and programs.
• Consult with the BCBA for support and supervision.
• Adjust methods based on BCBA instructions.
• Maintain knowledge of each client's intervention and plan.
• Complete RBT Competency Assessment annually.
• Track RBT supervision hours for compliance.
• Submit RBT Competency Assessment renewal to BACB.
