You’ll receive on-the-job training for RBT certification, plus ongoing professional development and a supportive internal growth environment. Relocation support and benefits may be available as part of the package.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from BCBA supervision to provide autism intervention.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
• Work with children to support ongoing skill development and communication.
• Celebrate milestones with families and support positive outcomes.
