Job summary

Hopebridge in North Pickerington, OH is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism. You’ll be trained on the job with RBT certification provided, and enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule along with a focus on patient progress and family impact.

Responsibilities include fostering skill development, learning from BCBA mentors, and documenting progress daily to guide therapy plans and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from BCBA supervisors to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to intervention plan.
• Work with children to encourage skill acquisition, communication, peer interactions and readiness for school.
