Job summary

Optimal Care Therapy in Norridge, IL is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. This part-time role offers afternoons and weekends with in-home, in-school, or in-clinic therapy opportunities.

You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect progress data, collaborate with families and staff, and help create a safe, positive learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
