Job summary

OPTimal Care Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Westchester, Illinois. You will deliver 1:1 therapy in clients' homes under plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client success.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoons and weekends, paid training with certification support, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
