Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring for Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) roles across Bedford, Manchester, Merrimack, and Concord, NH. Starting hourly rates are $21.15 for BTs and $23.15 for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Able to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have 1 year of experience with children, healthcare, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; collect and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
