ABA Centers of America is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics across Bedford, Manchester, Merrimack, and Concord. Starting rates: BT $21.15/hour; RBT $23.15/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships).
• Availability afternoons/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates: 21+ years old and 1 year experience with children/healthcare/related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
