Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; B.A./B.S. in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to sit on the floor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
