ABA Centers of Ohio is hiring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) in Marion, Ohio. This part-time role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement, with starting pay rates of $21.40 per hour for RBT and $19.35 per hour for BT, final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

You will deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics, teach communication and daily living skills, and work under BCBA supervision.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver''s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Client Support: Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality and document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
