Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Westerville, OH is hiring for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) roles. Starting pay ranges from $21.40/hour for RBT and $19.35/hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience and education.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues per client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality of session data.
• Collect, organize and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
