Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Lancaster, PA is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to deliver ABA therapy in diverse settings. Roles include training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement through the ABA Academy of Excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields (preferred)
• Experience working with children or adolescents (preferred)
• Prior exposure to ABA services (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
