Job summary

Achieving True Self (ATS) is hiring Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Paid training provided; no college degree required. You will support children with autism in home, school, or community settings using evidence-based strategies.

Earn $19–$26/hr for direct hours, plus $15/hr for training/onboarding. ATS offers paid training, bi-weekly pay, medical/dental coverage, 401K with match, life insurance, tuition discounts, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old.
• Experience working with children or disabilities is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge (Windows/Google).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.
• Collect data on client progress and adjust strategies.
