Job summary

Achieving True Self is hiring a Behavioral Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-quality care.

Paid RBT certification training within the first month and paid onboarding are provided, along with competitive hourly pay and benefits. A strong, compassionate team environment supports growth and impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required and 18+ years old.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and related needs using evidence-based strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settings.
• Collect data on client progress and adjust support strategies as needed.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
• Celebrate small wins that lead to meaningful progress.
• Be a steward of ATS’s mission, vision, values, and beliefs.
