Job summary

Helping Hands Family in King of Prussia, PA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, or community settings under BCBA supervision.

You will complete company-provided RBT training, collect behavior data, and collaborate with the team to support each child’s progress toward developmental milestones. Competitive benefits include paid RBT training, travel time reimbursement, and employer-sponsored retirement and health plans.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation to job sites (clinic, home, community).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
