Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implement skill-building plans, and record session data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral part of the clinical team and implement skill-building/care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
