Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings across Iowa. You will implement skill-building plans, record data, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help children reach their goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
