Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team in Baltimore, MD. This part-time role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children following individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

You'll collect data, support skill development, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure compassionate, high-quality services in a weekday afternoon/evening schedule.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred/required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality services.
