Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Greater Wichita / Bel Aire Area is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with autism through evidence-based ABA interventions. You will work one-on-one in clients' homes or community locations, helping them achieve independence and functional goals.

No minimum caseload; positions start part-time with flexible scheduling and paid training. We offer Same Day Pay and a supportive clinical team, plus opportunities for advancement through BCBA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
