Job summary

Apara Autism Center is seeking an RBT Lead to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision at the Richardson Center in Dallas, TX. You will guide new RBTs and ensure clinical excellence in a dynamic clinic and home-based settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s in ABA, or actively enrolled in ABA program.
• RBT certification in good standing.
• At least 2 years as an RBT in clinical settings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in clinic and in-home settings.
• Availability during business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Mentor and onboard new RBTs during training.
• Coordinate training schedules and materials.
• Assist with BACB documentation and new hire evaluations.
• Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data and maintain records using Central Reach.
• Provide onsite coaching and real-time guidance.
• Uphold ethics and confidentiality.
