Job description

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to support all diagnosed with ASD and TBIs to join our team. At T.R.A.C., we pride ourselves on building collaborative teams that help clients, their families, and team members achieve their personal and professional goals. We believe in and work towards helping children and adults overcome challenges related to their diagnoses and to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement programs and materials aligned with the treatment plan or approved by the supervisor (BCBA-D, BCBA, QBHP, BCaBA).
  2. Conduct Covid-19 screening according to CDC recommendations.
  3. Collect and submit data using an online system on a company-issued tablet.
  4. Attend meetings, orientations, and training sessions; complete required documentation by deadlines set by insurers, state, or county.
  5. Communicate professionally and clearly in complete sentences, with proper grammar and spelling.
  6. Follow through with ABA programs and report progress or needs to supervisors to facilitate client goals.
  7. Maintain professional conduct in accordance with BACB, T.R.A.C., and affiliated guidelines.
  8. Graph or collect data as directed by supervisors within specified timeframes.
  9. Submit notes, documentation, and attend trainings per organizational standards.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience in Autism and Behavioral Health preferred; relevant fields include Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Behavioral Sciences, Social Work, Education, Child Development, Home Health Care, Caregiving, Babysitting, etc.
  2. Must be a Michigan resident.
  3. Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
  4. Valid Driver's License or State ID.
  5. Reliable transportation with proof of auto registration and insurance.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  7. Proficient in computer skills.
  8. Subject to background check.
  9. Compensation varies with experience.

Job Details:
  • Type: Part-time
  • Salary: $19-$24/hour
  • Benefits include 401(k), flexible schedule, health insurance, HSA, paid time off.
  • Schedule: Shifts between 3 pm-9 pm, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability. We accommodate your schedule!
