Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Dayton-area team. Provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and support families in home or community-based settings.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, RBT certification, and a genuine passion for helping children with Autism. We offer flexible scheduling, part-time opportunities, same-day pay, career advancement support, and strong clinical backing to help you grow.

• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.

What You'll Do

Good to Know

Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.

All positions start off part-time.

We're looking for candidates who are willing to make a 6-month commitment to helping change our clients' lives.

Experience That Can Be a Great Fit

You may already have experience that translates well to this role, including:

Education or early childhood development

Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles

After-school programs or camp counseling

Behavioral health, mental health, or social services

ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism

Healthcare support, including DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiver roles

Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one

No experience? No problem! Paid training is provided.
