Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for the right organization to grow with? We�re looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and reliable RBTs to join our team and help our clients reach their individual goals.
If you�re passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and enjoy making a real difference in the lives of children with Autism, we�d love to have you as part of our team.
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
Be an important part of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients while building strong connections with their families.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A willingness to learn and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging situations.
RBT certification is required before working.
Services will be provided in clients� homes or in community-based locations.
All positions start off part-time.
We�re looking for candidates who are willing to make a 6-month commitment to helping change our clients� lives.
