Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Ohio. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients’ homes or community settings, implementing skill-building and care plans under clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Paid training is provided to new hires.
• Must be dedicated, patient and compassionate with children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in-home or at community locations.
• Implement skill-building and behavior support plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.

What You’ll Do

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.

Be an important part of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans.

Accurately record session data using electronic devices.

Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients while building strong connections with their families.

High school diploma or equivalent.

A willingness to learn and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.

Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging situations.

RBT certification is required before working.

Good to Know

Services will be provided in clients� homes or in community-based locations.

All positions start off part-time.

We�re looking for candidates who are willing to make a 6-month commitment to helping change our clients� lives.

Experience That Can Be a Great Fit

You may already have experience that translates well to this role, including:

• Education or early childhood development
• Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
• After-school programs or camp counseling
• Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
• ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
• Healthcare support, including DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiver roles
• Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
